RSV is committed to a policy of zero harm and zero incidents on all our projects. We will achieve this through the application of RSV’s world class environmental, health and safety system.

The primary products RSV offers to its clients are ‘Consulting Engineering’ and ‘Project Management’ services. In either instances, third parties or business partners may be engaged. In these dealings, where RSV positions itself between the client and business partners, the alignment of the management systems becomes unavoidable.

The onus rests upon RSV to bilaterally evaluate management systems and adapt to ensure compliance to the client requirements and ensure business partners comply with RSV requirements.

For each project the project manager will draft the HSE management plan for the project following the principles as set out in the elements of this management system manual.

In drafting this plan the project manager will ensure alignment of business partners’ and clients’ HSE management plans.

RSV constantly strives to improve the safety record of its personnel and those of the contractors engaged on its projects.

RSV has invested into an HSE enhancement plan called “Gear Up!” which will be launched during 2009 to take their HSE system to a world class level.
