RSV’s risk management process commences with the question, “What are the Client’s objectives because they must be our point of departure?”

All projects contain risks! These can be threats or opportunities. RSV develops and manages risk management process for project execution. This includes identifying risks, evaluating risks, implementing a risk mitigation and response plan, continuous management and updating of the plan.

Risk management procedures are strengthened through use of high level review teams consisting of personnel experienced in mine management, operations, projects and construction.
