RSV is actively focusing on social investment in previously disadvantaged communities. It is assisting Impala Platinum on the Vuk’uzenzele Primary School in Rustenburg which is being jointly developed by Impala Platinum and the Department of Education.

The school comprises 24 classrooms, 39 toilets, library, computer room, a multipurpose hall and sports field.
RSV provided project management, construction quality control, onsite skills development and training of the construction personnel. SMME contractors received development support, advice and training during the construction period.

Vuk’uzenzele school was officially opened in June 2008 and, as a “friend of Impala”, RSV is now assisting this client with further community development projects in North West and Limpopo provinces.
